This Social Media Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Go Raw LLC, DBA Steve’s Real Food (the “Company”), with a place of business at 2034 E Fort Union Blvd, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121, and you (the “Affiliate”).

1. Description of Services

The Affiliate agrees to create and post original content to social media to promote the Company and the benefits of Steve’s Real Food and raw pet food, and will earn commission on sales made using their unique discount link. The content must include:

1. The hashtag #FedBySteves.

2. Tag the Company’s accounts @rawpetfood_ AND @stevesrealfood.

2. Online Representation

The Affiliate agrees to:

1. Avoid making up claims about a product that would require proof the Company doesn’t have – such as scientific proof that a product can treat a health condition. (use language such as “we help support a healthy immune system” versus “X product can cure your pet’s cancer.”

2. Refrain from creating false social media pages using the brand’s name.

3. Be respectful of the community. Be kind to your fellow Affiliates and fans. The Company does not wish to restrict the personal or creative expressions of our Affiliates, we ask that they stay mindful of their conduct displayed online as not to associate the Company with any illegal or defamatory behavior. The Affiliate agrees to represent the products and Company in good faith and to the best of their professional ability; the Affiliate further agrees to conduct themselves professionally. The Company reserves the right to dismiss or terminate any agreement with Affiliates based on behavior real or perceived, witnessed on any Affiliates social media platforms.

3. Disclosure

The Affiliate shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as listed here: https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/documents/plain-language/1001a-influencer-guide-508_1.pdf. To comply with FTC guidelines, the Affiliate must use one of the following hashtags on each post: #StevesAmbassador, #Affiliate,  #Ad, or #Sponsored.

4. Benefits and Compensation

In exchange for satisfactory performance of the Services described above (as determined by the Company), the Affiliate will receive free Steve’s Real Food product at sign-up, and product commission(s) on successful referrals. This food will be shipped to the Affiliate’s home. 

5. Delivery of Services

To receive compensation, the Affiliate must sign up for our Superfiliate platform where they can claim their welcome package, and receive compensation to their digital wallet.

6. Period and Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by the Company for failure to complete duties, periods of inactivity exceeding 30 days, unprofessional conduct, or any other reason at any time with immediate effect. The Affiliate may also terminate their participation at any time, but must complete any outstanding responsibilities in the current calendar month.

Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be paid within 60 business days.
